Jill Mansell

Dear Readers,

Would you like to have the chance to tell us more about why you love Jill’s novels?

We’re going to be hosting a focus group in collaboration with our partner Relish Research. We’d like to invite you to join us, and other Jill Mansell’s readers, for an informal discussion about your reading habits and your love of Jill’s writing in particular.

The two and a half hour sessions will be held on the afternoon of Tuesday 14th March at a venue in Hammersmith, London, and the evening of Thursday 16th March at a venue in Bradford. As a thank you for taking part, we will send you home with £50.

If you’d like to apply for a chance to join us, please send an email to expressing your interest and we will get in contact to ask a few preliminary questions to get the most out of the session. We’ll also be able to tell you a little more about the research project.

The focus group will have no more than eight participants so, if you’re interested in taking part, do please get in touch as soon as possible. Please note that if we receive a high volume of applicants, we may only be able to respond to those selected to join us.

A couple of other things to bear in mind:

  • All comments from the session will be anonymised
  • Your contact details will not be passed on to any third party and will be deleted after we’ve finished the research
  • Relish Research are bound by The Market Research Society Code of Conduct. You can verify their membership by calling free-phone 0500 39 69 99

We look forward to hearing from you.

Best wishes.

  • Tammy haslam says:

Jill mansell is my favourite author of all time , I love romance books especially ones you are really into from the beginning and in my opinion Jill gives that in all her books I have every book she has written and have not been disappointed once for me a book had to have a beginning middle and an end and her books certainly do that , for me the only down side is that there is a year between each book 🙁 but obviously it takes time to write great books like Jill .

  • Irene roadhouse says:

I’d love this opportunity I love all Jill’s books and have everyone of her books as does my daughter lucy who’s a total book worm and has been since a little girl we have both travelled to London from Somerset for Jodi pilot book signing events as this is one of our favourite authors also

  • Susan ackroyd says:

I’ve read all but the last book of Jill’s love them all . I like the way she bring the characters to life as if you really know them

  • Julie Stafford says:

I’d be interested in attending the London event

  • Nicole Bayer says:

Unfortunately, I live in Colorado but I do so love Jill Mansell and all her books. Her characters are so well rounded and I love her sense of humour. I was not much of a reader before discovering Mansell’s books. Now I read as often as humanly possible.

  • Lorigin says:

Personally Miranda s Big Mistake is not at all one of my favourites I think that book has too little time between the main hero and the heroine. I d say Millie s Fling is my favorite as I thought it had the most compelling central romance of the seven Jill Mansell novels I have read.

  • Denise McLaughlin says:

I love Jill Mansells books for several reasons, two of which being that they are always very well written and that they are usually based in or around Bristol – my home town!
I am an insomniac and find that talking books are a great way to pass the long hours of the night, especially a novel by Jill Mansell.

  • Laighne Fanney says:

I love Jill Mansell’s books because they ALL make me happy. They are humorous and people who are kind, nice, caring prevail in the conclusions. I wish we in the USA did not have to wait longer (sometimes) to get her books. I also wish she were able to write more than one each year (but now I am being selfish). Thank you Jill!
